As a single mother on a low income, there have been times when life has been incredibly challenging financially. Credit Union has been there for me when I needed help the most. Being able to access affordable loans has taken away so much stress and allowed me to cover essential expenses without worrying about high interest or falling into debt. The support I've received has made a real difference to my life and has helped me provide for my child during difficult times. I've always found the service to be kind, respectful, and understanding, which means so much when you're already under pressure. I'm truly grateful for everything Credit Union has done for me. They don't just offer loans—they offer hope, peace of mind, and support when people need it most. As a single mother, PayPal and PayPal Pay in 3 have helped me greatly by allowing me to spread the cost of products that I would not have been able to afford in one payment. I use PayPal regularly for my online shopping and have found it to be a valuable service. One area for improvement would be making it easier for customers to verify and reconfirm their personal details when needed. It would also be helpful if there were simpler and quicker ways to contact customer support, especially when dealing with urgent issues. But your team not only treated me with compassion and respect, you also gave me the opportunity to access a loan when I needed it most.
