Relief on finding stepchange

I was so releived when I found stepchange. I was floundering around, not really knowing what I was doing.I know it`s hard to believe but I owed so much on credit cards because I ddn`t realise only paying the minumum amount, is not reducing amount you owe. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

I find this the most difficult thing of all to do. and without guidance I would be lost, but the financial advisors, are so proffessional at doing this, you are helped through it. I must admit to having got it wrong due to nerves, but thank goodness ge help. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025
