I came to step change when burying my head was no more, the advisors i spoke to, were always empathetic of what I was going through. when I was on my journey to debt free, step change checked in, asked for regular budgets and if I hit a sticky patch financially, one email or a chat was all it would take, I wouldn't think twice to recommend them to anyone who is struggling financially.
