StepChange, changed my situation.

StepChange, like it's word helped changed my situation. Their support brought calmness in the times of adversities- constant calls from creditors, letters and emails made it very difficult for me to have a good night sleep. However, once StepChange came on board my creditors were sorted, no more phone calls letters or emails from them. The staff members were so great, calm and supportive in a non-judgemental way.
