I've read so many negative reviews of this insurance company, however I gave them a go for my first year of driving as they offered me the cheapest price by about £400! If you drive safely and within the 'rules' of the box, you will have no problems with this insurance company. There was one occasion where a day of my journeys came out with a terrible score, however I received an email to say there was a system error on their part and these scores were amended. The customer service teams are extremely helpful over the telephone and go out of their way to make reccomendations and congratulate you on great driving. The only issue I had with this insurance policy was how expensive top up miles are. My scores have always hovered around the 8.6 mark, so in theory the top up miles should be relatively cheap. In the end I paid over £600 for these miles, so always overestimate on your predicted mileage at the start - it saves money in the long run. Reviewed on: 18th March 2019
