Definitely Recommend

Klarna have excellent customer service advisors, they have numerous ways of getting in contact with them if required. When you have the Klarna app you get notifications of upcoming payments regularly as well as emails, helping to prevent missed payments. Never had any issues, will definitely continue to use. Payment Reminders

I have always had good experiences with PayPal credit. My only issue is that I have missed the odd monthly payment before I set up the direct debit (problems setting up direct debit for a few months). I don’t think there was much communication in regards to reminders of upcoming payments. The customer service team to be after the payment has been missed but have always been extremely helpful Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
