Too much time on hold

When I call up to sort things out you get passed from department to department and you need to have several hours set aside to sort things out. Even then, you are on hold for so long you end up giving up after 40 minutes!Not an efficient use of my time or system. I’m STILL trying to change my Direct Debit date!!! Reviewed on: 15th July 2026

Incorrect messages
