PayPal took out a case for me to get a refund from a...

PayPal took out a case for me to get a refund from an oversees seller that was refusing to honor the eBay policy, although attempts were made through eBay I am sorry to say I was not very confident they were getting anywhere fast. I referred the situation to PayPal with all of the proof of contact with the seller, within a week or two I was pleasantly informed my case was won and was refunded accordingly by PayPal, had they not taken action I would have lost a considerable amount of money, so thank you PayPal.
