Bad experience

Hi there, I had very bad experience. Due to some personal reasons, I decided to cancel my car insurance after 31 days. I have been charged £50 for set up fee plus £50 for cancellation fee. They charged me total £100 for cancellation fee, it is double i expected. . Also they charged maximum interest from my first instalment, i mean they charged about £14 on £33, it was about 30% total interest of 11 instalments . Customer service was also very rude and not helping. My call was placed on hold or drop when I requested to transfer my call to manager or senior customer adviser. Very bad experience. I will not recommend any of my friend and family. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2019
