I first opened a Co-op Bank Current Account away back in the 70s but moved on to other banks. Recently I opened a new Co-op Bank Current Account online and have been able to manage my account just using their app and online banking, without ever visiting a branch. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

I made a mistake with my Date of Birth when applying for a new Reward Account. I went to my local branch and was helped to correct the problem. I now have two Reward accounts and find them easy to manage using a separate app on each of my iPhones. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

I wanted to change the linked current account but made a mistake. Customer service was very helpful and reset my account so that I could select the current account I wanted to link to my Chip savings account. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Good regular saver rate

Although we had to go to our nearest branch to open regular saver accounts for both of us, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. As an existing customer, my wife was able to open an Easy Access account online. Reviewed on: 27th May 2019

Easy online account set up

I did have some trouble with the second stage of the set up as I hadn't read the requirements for the password and memorable word, but once I obeyed the rules, it was straightforward. I would definitely recommend Newbury. Reviewed on: 4th April 2019
