Stepchange have been 100% supportive from my first initial contact and ongoing. When I contacted Stepchange my debt problem was spiraling out of control. As the saying goes "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul." Not literally but I had more money going out than coming in. I started to turn a blind eye just popping debt post into a draw "Out of Site. Out of Mind." The mental stress became too much as I didn't share with anyone, until finally I contacted Stepchange for help and they've been marvelous. They listened with empathy and calculated a plan which suited my purse. At any time if my circumstances changed I would ring them up and another plan was set. I have since shared my debt with others so that they are understanding my situation. I'm near the end now. I have typed out a monthly Ins and Outs so that I keep on top of things.
