I once missed a payment and had to pay £12 penality...

I once missed a payment and had to pay £12 penality fine. I call customer service and the fine was cancelled. An other time, I couldn't pay the due date, I called the customer service and they agreed that I should pay on the day that I promised to pay. Customer service is excellent !
