My wife and I have had an unfortunate run of luck with our dogs. Unforeseen events that can cost a lot of money. We generally prepay our bill with our vets, then submit a claim. Scratch & Patch have helped us much better than we could have hoped for. But it helps when they request information it is fully given when putting the claim together. The process of which is simple and straightforward to follow. Looking forward to renewing our policy and maintaining the same support. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

To have the ability to shop in freedom.

To have the ability to shop in freedom, using common sense and being able to use pay in 3, or PayPal credit is very advantageous for me. Makes buying the essentials so much easier and affordable. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
