Reliable & trustworthy service

I’ve used PayPal for a while and have been consistently impressed with how reliable and effective their service is. I’ve only ever had one issue with a company I made a purchase with and PayPal we’re really responsive and resolved it for me. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Really impressed with the PayPal system & service

I’ve used PayPal for a while now & have never had an issue with the service or support. I’ve had one issue with a purchase which never arrived but PayPal pursued the complaint & resolved it by refunding me. I was so impressed. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Never had an issue with PayPal Credit

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while now & I’ve never had a problem. It makes paying for things for my kids’ school really easy through the school app. It’s widely offered as a checkout option on other sites too. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
