So simple

How refreshing to have a loan provider that takes all the hastle out of the application process, so quick and easy, just give your basic details and they do the rest. I will no longer look to the ‘traditional big banks’ for my needs as Zopa bests them all hands down. They are responsible, check everything out first and then come back to you really quickly with a response. The app is so good, simple but gives you all the details you need about your loan all at a glance. I will continue to only look to Zopa for my financial needs ongoing. Reviewed on: 15th January 2023

Refreshingly simple

I can’t praise enough the set up of Zopa, as far as applying for a loan goes it was the most refreshingly clean, modern and easy process I have ever gone through. Everything is laid out so clearly and simply, it’s just a breeze to apply. You are kept up to date and well informed once you apply, even when speaking to them on the phone everything is so clear and straightforward, it’s just a brilliant set up, wether you are approved a loan or declined it doesn’t alter the impression the company gives you which is fresh, new, clean and very well informed with complete clarity across all areas of interaction. Ease of Application

I find Zopa the best for loans as the application process is so easy and user friendly interface takes the work out of applying. Speed of processing is amazing. Regular updates are received on progress of loan so you can see at a glance current status. I cannot say how much I like the user interface, they have spent time to clearly show all details and make it the easiest to understand. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020
