The Pinnacle of 'App Based Banking'

Monzo is the kind of company that 'listens' to it's customers and actually publishes that it is indeed listening. It then holds itself 'accountable' to certain timelines by prioritising customer requests. These are voted for by the outstanding forums- and it truly feels like this is (smart) 'community led banking' for this generation. The best recommendations are word-of-mouth and truly, I have been an ambassador (for free!) to herald Monzo's app and service structures. Give them a try- you will definitely switch to this enhanced way of banking. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Innovative Lender

Zopas one of the providers now that I trust not to offer extra 'obstacles' to normal consumers. Yes I get peppered by comparison websites for the best loans available..but because me and my spouse have both had amazing service and a super efficient loan application process- I am unwilling to change to another supplier. Zopas certainly leading the way in being a pinnacle in the peer to peer lending sector. I would recommend them highly for all small to medium loan needs. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017

Simply Perfect for Customer Needs!!

I did extensive research about taking out a mid level loan earlier this year. Of course- there were numerous website recommendations (much bigger brands one might say?)- but when I was 'directed' to the ZOPA website, I was immediately transfixed by the 'sheer simplicity' of the loan application process. No complex guidelines and unnecessary jargon here! Just simple, understandable and pocket friendly interest rates (with the option of paying back more anytime!). This makes me a very happy customer.
