Step change made a massive difference to our lives.

Step change made a massive difference to our lives. It got us back in control, there help was great, talked us through all the steps, what would happen and when and if any problems arose with our creditors they gave us advice. My phone would be ringing every hour before they helped, with someone wanting money and it was stressful. Now I got the odd phone call and I know what to say. My life is now going in a positive direction, and will of paid my debts off in just over 4 years. I delayed thinking I could sort my debts out, I wish I had contacted stepchange earlier. We may judge ourselves for our decisions but stepchange didn't. Fantastic service. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
