Easy to use, but payments could be handled better

Easy way to use credit, as it is all automatic and most online shops will accept it as payment. The only down for me is the statements are not very clear and the payments take a long time to complete. Also, I always pay more than the minimum every month and way ahead of time, but forgot to do it once because I was abroad and got charged £12 immediately. Seemed quite unforgiven and little communications prior to this happening. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
