Very Useful.

I find PayPal Credit extraordinarily useful & the 0% interest period (a year when I started using it) was generous. My only gripe is that the relevant webpage is still showing that I am still getting 0% interest even though the year is over. I find this to be misleading and annoying Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026

Great Communication & Service.

I get a prompt response email when I apply via a vendor, PayPal's customer service answer any queries (with a person!) when I have (rarely) phoned them and, if I return the item, I get plenty of emails updating the progress of the refund. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026

PayPal's Agents Are Very Patient And Helpful.

Whenever I have had a query their agents have ALWAYS been more than helpful. They are patient, they listen and they have almost always resolved my issues. On the one occaision they couldn't it turned out is was a vendor issue, not a PayPal issue. Reviewed on: 15th May 2026

The Sign Of A Good Company? How They Deal With Problems

The sign of a good company is in the way they deal with problems. PayPal have always resolved any (infrequent) problems to my total satisfaction, listening to what I have to say and then acting on the information. So far, they have resolved the few issues I have had in a professional manner and left me more than happy with the result. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025
