PayPal's Agents Are Very Patient And Helpful.

Whenever I have had a query their agents have ALWAYS been more than helpful. They are patient, they listen and they have almost always resolved my issues. On the one occaision they couldn't it turned out is was a vendor issue, not a PayPal issue. Reviewed on: 15th May 2026

The Sign Of A Good Company? How They Deal With Problems

The sign of a good company is in the way they deal with problems. PayPal have always resolved any (infrequent) problems to my total satisfaction, listening to what I have to say and then acting on the information.
