I’ve been a customer with Clockwise Credit Union for a while now, and my overall experience has been excellent. I initially joined to help manage my finances more responsibly, and I’ve found their services incredibly supportive, especially compared to high-interest lenders. I recently took out a personal loan, and the application process was straightforward and stress-free. The online application was easy to navigate, and I received a decision quickly—within the same day. The funds were transferred promptly, which really helped me manage an urgent expense without having to turn to payday lenders. What I appreciate most is that Clockwise is a not-for-profit organization, so you really feel like they have your best interests at heart. The staff are friendly, understanding, and non-judgmental, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about financial wellbeing rather than just making money. Their mobile app is also useful, though it can sometimes be a little slow—but it’s convenient for checking balances and making payments on the go. I also like that they offer savings accounts, so I’ve started putting a little aside each month.
