No need to panic! Customer service was great

I had issues once where someone had tried using my card in an area which was a few miles away from where I was and they flagged it immediately. The help on the other side of the phone made me feel entirely comfortable that my issue was being looked after, and they guided me through every step of the way while still able to use the entirety of my account. I didn’t panic for a second thanks to the customer service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
