Slow and poor customer service

After informing then of my card being stolen and them not sending a new one causing me to default they have still not come back with a resolution after two months. I have spend hours trying to get through to someone with no answer and everyone I do get through to passes me on or cannot help, no ownership or decision making just to try save a few quid, well I will be moving my money and closing my account after this. Quick and easy peer to peer loan

After searching for the best deal online for a loan to consolidate my debt zopa was top and very low interest , it only took a couple of minutes to sign up an I had the decision with in a couple of days. I would use them again. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016
