Great support and service

I have a poor credit score but Vanquis gave me a chance to build it up again. I was made redundant last year and not long after, had a car accident. I was so nervous to make them aware but when I did, they were supportive and a plan was put in place. There was no better feeling when I got back on track with so much support and no judgement from their customer service team Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Great company, highly recommended

Great company to deal with, helped my out when no one else would. I had one issue where I made a payment but it did not show. It was dealt with so quickly, I can’t fault them. I’d recommend to anyone Reviewed on: 5th June 2025
