After losing my job through the pandemic I felt I was the only one who was in deep financial trouble. Speaking to step change and just listening to my problems and I must say my god they were very understanding and made me realise I’m not the only one out there. Came up with a plan which I could afford and they would deal with the creditors which took a huge pressure from myself. Step change were and are a saviour and thank their kindness and support given through a situation I thought I’d ever have to go through at my age. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
