I was given peace of mind when I was at my most vuln...

I was given peace of mind when I was at my most vulnerable moment after I had a stroke. All the scary calls and letters stopped coming and a grace period of recovering from the stroke. Staff were very patient as was struggling with my speech and also very helpful. I was glad to have someone listening to my financial situation without patronising me. It was the best moment of my life to have this help. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025
