Great for those that need now, but can't afford outright!

I seriously cannot fault Fair for You and I have told my Friends and Family about the Company if they have needed things. The application process is easy and self explanatory, you just need to know your incoming and outgoings which I keep track of anyway and there are many financial options for the applicant. You can have up to three purchases and have them set to go out altogether once a month or there's the option to scatter them out. I personally have two purchases going out monthly and another (very recent purchase when I needed a Freezer Upgrade for more capacity) that goes out weekly and I had the option of going weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly with each application. You choose your affordability based on your option for how frequently you would like to pay preference. Then you also have the option to add extra on top if it is financially viable for you to do so. You also have the option to pay off the purchase(s) early and get rewarded by joining the Good Payer Club. This give you a wider variety to choose from for your next purchase including PlayStation Bundles, Smart TVs etc. The Staff are wonderful and will help you with even the smallest of things. I suffer with my memory and speech at times due to an underlying health problem and there have been times I have mixed my words up and got upset but the Staff couldn't of been any nicer or understanding to me if they tried! When I first got ill, I was only on Statutory Sick Pay with my Employer and had to apply for Universal Credit, I phoned them up and explained that it would be a 5/6 week delay with payments and they were more than happy to help me with this and gave me a payment holiday, just adding the weeks on to the end date that was originally set to make up the difference. The Staff Member who dealt with me at that time even said if there was a delay for some reason to just give them a call and they can discuss it again for another holiday which I was lucky I didn't need to do. I have had one problem with one item, but I contacted Fair for You and they referred me to the Supplier Customer Service and I have a member of their Team helping me with my problem, all we are waiting for now is the Manufacturer to reopen, due to the virus causing lockdown. But even she has messaged me wishing me well and saying she hasn't forgot me and is going to be with me for the whole process until the problem is resolved. I have been with Fair for You for two years and I will keep coming back too whenever I want an upgrade on my Household items! There are other companies I have dealt with in the past, the latest one was being Perfect Home. My experience with them was terrible and I was 18 months in to my contract and all I was paying was interest total amount for the next 18 months. I felt stuck, depressed and like it was draining my finances. So I went on to Google and searched for other pay weekly options available and this is where I first saw the name Fair for You. I browsed the site, which overall has a simple yet effective style that guided me through with ease to the product I needed. I wanted to free myself from Perfect Home no matter what. I told my Husband about it explaining that it was only slightly more than (£4 a month to be precise) Perfect Home but we owned the item after 6 months, it was ours - finally able to buy from a format like Perfect Home without the extortionate interest and costs. I got a Welcome bonus at the time so I had a little extra knocked off and I had a manageable credit limit to get what I needed. It was free delivery and the Staff at Fair for You couldn't of been more helpful helping me with my application and enquiries. I have never encountered such pleasant Staff in my life up to now. A couple months after my Washer came and was established that I was committed to paying I thought I would enquire about if I could have a Cooker added to my account too, the idea that I could be free from Perfect Home forever and free up money in the long term. I was accepted for the secondary loan and I got the Cooker everything was explained to me thoroughly the same as previously mentioned, it meant my finances were going to be on the tighter side for 13 weeks but after that it would be over and the product would be mine. I spoke to my Husband and he agreed to doing it this way, yes it was going to be tighter from the Weekly Jar but Fair for You wouldn't let someone take a loan on unless they were sure it was affordable, which we sat and worked out that we were able to and we agreed this was the best way. I accidentally paid a bill twice the once, because my memory can be like a sieve when I have problems with my head due to my disbaility and I phoned up Customer Service explaining what happened, the lady (I forgot your name if you read this sorry) was so thoughtful and said it wasn't a problem the money would be sent back immediately and she explained as it was nearly 5pm it may roll over to next day but I would definitely get the second payment back. I got so upset at myself and she was so kind saying we all have these moments and it was okay and spoke to me until I stopped being upset. My money was back in my nominated Bank Account within 5 minutes. Which was a big help as Perfect Home tell you they can't give it back and it has to stay on the account. I am currently still paying these items off, but there hasn't been no issues, or missed payments and I couldn't speak more highly of a Company doing this kind of service. You've really helped my Family get out of the rut and bother these so called other "Companies" in this field charge.
