Monzo is a breath of fresh air in the banking space!

I have loved being a Monzo customer due to their fantastic customer service, their playful initiatives, and their transparency around financial literacy. As someone that was never taught how to save, or how to be financially responsible, I really appreciate how easy Monzo makes banking and it seems like a fantastic company to work for and be part of (I regularly check their job boards!). For an industry that seems out to get you, Monzo are approachable, open, and fun. Reviewed on: 20th June 2025
