Wish I had found them earlier!

I first found Shepherds Friendly via my employers reward scheme. I have the stocks and shares ISA. There are risks with this type of ISA but the information was clear and the consistent performance meant it was a suitable product for me. It was really easy to set up and maintain my ISA. The rates are excellent and team are friendly when you call. For me, the fact I don't have immediate access to my money has really helped me reach my saving goals, yet when I had an emergency, my request for a withdrawal was dealt with promptly. Apart from the fact I get £180 reward for saving regularly, there are also bonuses paid out in January. This means I get a little boost to my savings. I do recommend to my colleagues and friends, and will continue to do so. Very happy and definitely beats products offered by high street banks in my eyes Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Truly responsible lender.

The fact they call before accepting a loan can seem off putting at first, especially compared to some. The team are really helpful and talk you through affordability, meaning you choose a loan you can afford rather than letting debt spiral. The interest only payments are helpful at times.
