I’ve been a member of Manchester Credit Union for a while now and I honestly can’t fault their service. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whether you contact them by phone or through the app. The loan process is straightforward and fair, and they’ve been a real lifeline when I needed support. I also really appreciate how easy the mobile app is to use — I can check my balance, make withdrawals, and track transactions without any hassle. It makes managing my finances so much easier. As someone who prefers dealing with organisations that actually care about their members, Manchester Credit Union has always made me feel valued and supported. It’s a great alternative to high street banks, especially if you want a community-based service that’s genuinely looking out for you.
