excellent and ethical lending.

I have used Lending stream a numberr of times over the last few years. Their service has always been first class. The website is well designed, easily accessible and very clear. any accidental errors are flagged up quickly and easily corrected before submitting the forms. Completion decissions are respoonded to quickly and the money, if agreed arrives quickly into my account. They very clearly follow good practice and are strictly applying affordability regulations. Even as a repeat customer they do not lend if they think it does not meet the criteria that ensure it is affordable. It is very easy to pay off early with no penalties. On the one occasion I ran into difficulties during the repayment period they were very quick to both give advice and find a fair solution. I have no hesitancy in recommending them to friends. clear and straight forward

They were very helpful when I was struggling with bad credit rating despite having a good income. the process for application was claer and decisions were made quickly. all information I needed was provided quickly and clearly. No hidden extras, revealed last minute, as happens with some companies and no unexpected links to other services piggy-backing on their applications. The process of paying off the laons was straight forward and when unexpected events created a delay in a paymnent they were very helpful and supportive. ALL communication was clear and friendly.
