Extremely Poor Service – A Warning to Future Customers I am writing this review after over a month of daily frustration with this insurance company, and I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others. I am currently paying for a policy I’m not using, and despite my repeated requests, the company refuses to cancel it or issue a refund. Even worse, I’ve been trying to simply change the vehicle on the policy, and they’ve failed to do that as well. Every time I contact support, I receive a different explanation from a different agent. There is no consistency, no clear communication, and absolutely no accountability. I was told a manager would contact me three days ago — I’m still waiting. These kinds of promises have become routine and never fulfilled. This experience has made it clear to me that the company is not trustworthy. If it’s this difficult to resolve a basic administrative issue, I can’t imagine what would happen in the event of a serious accident or claim. It is deeply concerning. The way they’ve handled my situation feels not only unprofessional but deceptive. It gives the impression that they’re more interested in keeping my money than providing any real service or support. To anyone considering this insurance: please be very careful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
