Great Support

When a friend first told me about Step Change, I was reluctant and embarrassed to call them, but when I made the call, the support I received was fantastic, they made me feel at ease and all the embarrassment I had disappeared. My DMP was setup and while on the DMP, I was able to adjust to suit my financial circumstances. Never set there worrying about your debts, when Step Change is there to help. Receiving my congratulations card at the end of my debt was the best feeling. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025
