I've found the service levels at Lloyds bank to be pretty variable. In fairness, they seem to have more good days than bad days, but after this long with them i still haven't figured out the best times to call them - sometimes they're really busy mid afternoon, other times super quiet! My house is safe

I've had home insurance with Lloyds for a few years now. You can't go to wrong when it comes to home insurance, but this cover has been particularly good. I had to make a very minor claim for some damage about 8 months ago and the claims process felt as simple and straightforward as Id hoped for. Reviewed on: 26th June 2015
