Bad first time experience

2
I was informed that London Capital takes extra care to help its members during a financial downturn by providing loans even if they have bad credit by looking at the situation holistically, and they usually provide a last resort help to members in financial difficulty. This is why I joined the credit union. However, I have been rejected twice for a loan that I have requested be deducted from my salary before it is paid, which would ensure that the loan is paid out of my salary before I even receive it. I have never previously defaulted on a loan or missed a payment but I thought asking London to deduct my loan payments from my salary would gove them more confidence that I can repay my proposed loan. But that wasn't the case. I have a full time job and another 80 to 100 hours per week extra job, yet my loan was considered just like a regular loan company, not as I thought they would. I have never defaulted on a loan, nor missed a payment, and I work way more extra hours to be able to get through my curent financial difficulty, which is a s result of being the only earner in a family of 6. I was really disappointed after my second loan request rejection because it was to cover a need for my kids, and all what I read about London Capital before joining have turned out not to be what I experienced.
