Very simple

Whenever I need to contact them for anything regarding my loan they are very easy to talk too. Whenever I call my local branch they are a very happy company and will always do what they can to help. When I first got my loan I had a new job and it was hard for me to confirm that I worked here as it was a call centre and they couldn’t call. Though this process they were very patient and understood the trouble I was having and when I was emailing them they replied quickly and helped me contact my HR department in order to confirm my job. I would definitely recommend them as a company to anyone who needs a boost until payday! Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
