PayPal Credit fantastic product and customer service

I have been using PayPal Credit for many years now and never really been disappointed in all that time! I have found their product, communication and customer service to be very efficient. I have had cause to call PayPal customer services just last month regarding PayPal Credit issue I had - I was dreading trying to get through and talk to someone but was very pleasantly surprised; I spoke to a real person and they explained and dealt with my issue so quickly I was truly shocked how good the service was. Always great experience with PayPal

Use PayPal as much as I can as feel my payments are more secure and am safe in the knowledge that if there is a problem at all they will help me resolve it with the seller, which they have done a few times for me over the years; their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025
