Genuine Help, No Judgment, Supportive & Straightforward

I was in a tough spot and urgently needed a loan, but my bank turned me away because I’m on benefits. A friend recommended Liverpool Credit Union, and I’m so glad they did. From the first phone call, the staff were warm, respectful, and incredibly clear. They guided me through the process step by step and made everything easy to understand—even during a stressful time. There was no judgement, just genuine support. The whole experience was professional, smooth, and surprisingly personal. I walked away not just with the help I needed, but with real peace of mind.
