Every time I’ve spoken to an advisor, they could not of been more helpful, any problems are sorted out straight away, over the phone, there is no hanging around or waiting. Everyone is polite and they are human, they understand why we are in this position of taking a loan out. Really helped be over the years and I even have some savings . Thank you.
