Being hacked, being scared, being supported

I have had two separate incidents of my account being hacked it was truly frightening even though it wasn’t a large sum of money the support I received was so prompt and swift put into immediate action. Customer support service was in continuous contact informing me by e-mail as to agreed plan of action into resolving the issue as quickly as possible, I was so very impressed by the dedication shown by the lady with whom I spoke with as I mumbled my words and she was patient with me, I have multiple sclerosis and my jaw can affect my speech this lovely lady told me to type the shorty and e-mail it to her which I did ans she immediately opened up a case for me and my money was returned both times to my account. I now have no fear of being hacked or indeed any other scam being pulled I know if I see something that is not right I can contact customer service straight away and all will be made right so thankyou Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
