Hastings agreed to make a cash in lieu payment and c...

Hastings agreed to make a cash in lieu payment and confirmed date for repairs to be done. Said payment would be 3-5 working days. Nearly 3 weeks on and when chased said it was with payment team who were completing a standard check. However, they had no idea when the standard check would be completed. I have had to cancel repairs and still waiting Reviewed on: 1st July 2025
