Loan for home repairs

I contacted Everyday Loans and the advisor I spoke to was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn't have the greatest credit rating and a bit of a chequered history in the past with default credit card accounts etc. she handled the enquiries into this in a sensitive and understanding manner - I was not made to feel embarrassed or judged for not managing my money very well in the past. We discussed the need for the loan and how much I wanted to borrow across what term and she came to a really affordable weekly repayment scheme so I hardly notice anything is going out of my bank. She also advised that should I keep up with my repayments, there would be a possibility they could increase the loan in future, as they were not able to offer me the total amount I wanted overall. Other companies I had approached had said they could but the repayments were phenomenal - the Everyday Loans employee made sure I was not trying to borrow more than I could initially afford. That's not only professionalism, but decent customer care, which is a rarity these days. My loan was approved and in my account within an hour or so of providing them with my bank statements. Unlike some other companies you approach, Everyday Loans has not bombarded me with follow up literature or phone calls offering me different products either which is extremely refreshing.
