From making the application to the loan hitting my account it was a smooth process. Really considerate and kind staff who take all your finances into account but are non judgemental. Really helpful information shared about reducing my outgoings and great savers account. I also have contacted previously regarding interest and the initial person who processed my application, called me back which again is good practice of customer service as she knew everything and didn’t need to go over things again with a new person.
