Everything from the customer service, to the way the team are all whiling to help, it was Sarah I first dealt with and she was perfect, as nervous as I was she made me feel so relaxed but was so professional at the same time, any of the team I’ve spoken to over the phone have all been so helpful and make you feel you can speak to them any time even regarding missing a payment etc I feel I can actually speak to them and resolve a problem together, most company’s including my phone etc don’t seen to want to help, I know it’s a buisiness and the aim is to make money but I feel the team actually want to help you.
