The biggest help when times are hard

I've been a customer for a while now and always recommend payplan to friends and family especially when I hear people saying they have sple debts that are draining their accounts and they struggle each month. The first thing I say is WHY?? Then I go on to tell them about payplan, the support, help, advice,customer service. One of the main things for me was they are free, you don't pay them like alot of debt consolidation companies charge. I pay a set fee agreed with a consultant, they work everything out for me to make it affordable and so I can still have something left over to use towards family time each month. I don't have to worry about being chased or phone calls. I have been a customer for a while now and from the start which was a few years ago upto this present day I have always found the staff and services very helpful. I usually speak to the same person when ever I have had to contact everyday loans but on the odd occasion I have dealt with a couple of different staff members and everyone is lovely, they are very friendly , listen and give the best advice and are always available if you have any questions. When I started my loan process I found the experience excellent, I had everything explained well with no jargon and I was made to feel comfortable with the whole process. I have since recommended everyday too my partner, family and friend and I personally am very happy I chose everyday for my loan. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
