Great service, friendly staff

I applied for a loan and was approved in principle straight away, I was than given a call by an adviser from the branch nearest to me to arrange a meeting at my convenience. The meeting lasted about an hour the advisers dealing with my loan where friendly and extremely helpful and I had the funds in my account later on that day :) overall a good experience!! I applied and was approved in principle, the nearest branch to me called and made an appointment as soon as possible at my convenience and when I got there the advisers that dealt with my loan for me were lovely, friendly and extremely happy , left a very happy customer and the funds were in my account later that day :) Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
