DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Within a couple of days of me opening my account and paying my £9.99 monthly fee to Pockit my entire credit balance on my account has mysteriously disappeared in a transfer that I haven’t actioned. Getting hold of a customer advisor is nigh on impossible and it’s now 3 days since I first contacted them and I am no further forward in getting my money back. Shocking bank. Shocking customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH THEM! Reviewed on: 6th July 2025
