Good customer service

So I'm writing this review thinking well what do I really think about the service I have had from them, and to be honest it has to be one of the most customer focused organisations I have had the pleasure of meeting, from the point I got a loan through to any issues I have had or any questions they have been on hand to answer them and reassuring me that everything is working fully.
