Great customer experience

The member of staff who I went to meet with was easy to talk to and a pleasure to talk to. He was very helpful to help me through the loan process also giving me recommendations on consolidating other depts to make my overall monthly outgoings less. It didn't feel scripted and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
