Great service but ooor customer service

Every day loan is a great service over all but some of the people working at the Edinburgh branch came across extremely rude and judgemental, was very off putting and uncalled for. Would like to add that not all staff where like this and on the occasion that I spoke with the manager she was very friendly and helpful Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
