Exemplary helpfulness & clarity

After decades without having cause to make a claim we have had to make two claims in the last 4 years. The helpfulness on both occasions was exemplary. When I had to make a claim everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had expected difficulties as, due to family illness, I didn't make a claim for many months after the incident which caused the damage but found to my relief that I was still within time. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
